Return Policy
All our products are non-refundable for hygienic purposes. Please read our policies below before making an order:
All purchased products are eligible for a return whilst the courier is outside of the delivery address and did not leave the designated address (“Accepted Return”). For the avoidance of doubt, once the courier leaves the address and you keep the product, it will no longer be eligible for a return. Returns after the courier has left is unachievable.
We advise you to thoroughly inspect and check all ordered products before the courier leaves. Accepted Return will only be deemed as one, when the purchase product is returned in its original condition (all original packaging, original seal, tags, labels, unused, unworn, and/or undamaged). You cannot claim for any additional benefits other than the amount paid for the purchased product and we do not refund any promotions or discounts.
Accepted Return means that You will only be required to pay the shipping cost for your returned products.
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packed; therefore, We do not cover shipping fees for refund requests unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In case the latter occurs, please email us on info@julay-eg.com or DM us through our instagram page.
